All three are good choices. I have ridden them all and of the metrics, i prefer honda over yamaha because it has a better feel to it, but the Heritage is a great bike. Of the three, the honda is going to last the longest. Harleys are expensive to buy, and expensive to own. Speaking from personal experience, my 03 vrod did pretty well, and my 04 Fatboy was a great bike, but I spent a fortune on maintenence and mechanical issues on it. it had 3k when i bought it and 14k when i sold it 8 months later and I spent over 2500 in those months on repairs. That lack of realiability led me to test drive a victory, and I havent given harley a second thought. Do yourself a favor and go test ride a victory kingpin. All you have to do is change the oil and tires. They simply dont break. The freedom engine is the best of Any Bike I have ridden, and thats a pretty long list of harleys, metrics, and sportys.

Of the bikes you listed, I would go with the honda for a bike to keep and ride for years, but in my opinion there is no better middle cruiser than the Victory Kingpin.
